      Stainless steel coils are classified into austenitic, ferritic, martensitic, and duplex stainless steel cold-rolled coils and hot-rolled stainless steel coils.

      Stainless steel coils are corrosion-resistant steel products with chromium and nickel as the primary alloying elements. Common types include austenitic, ferritic, martensitic, and duplex stainless steel cold-rolled and hot-rolled coils. Produced primarily through cold or hot rolling processes, they can feature various finishes, including bright, matte, and matte finishes. Thicknesses range from 0.1 to 15 mm, and widths range from 500 to 2000 mm (including burrs). Their corrosion resistance stems from the chromium passivation film formed on the surface. Mechanical properties are enhanced through annealing and solution treatment. Stainless steel coils comply with national and international standards, including GB, ASTM, and JIS. They are widely used in the chemical, food, construction, and machinery manufacturing industries.

      The production process utilizes a 20-roll reversing cold rolling mill for precision rolling, coupled with a vertical bright annealing furnace for fully digitally controlled heat treatment, ensuring consistent surface quality and mechanical properties. Slitting is accomplished using slitting and shearing machines, achieving an accuracy of ±0.01mm. The material portfolio includes specialty grades such as 304 and 310S, with 310S suitable for use in high-temperature environments up to 1150°C. Product forms extend to stainless steel pipes, rods, strips, and wire. Stainless steel pipes are categorized as seamless industrial pipes and seamed decorative pipes, while stainless steel rods include specialty grades such as free-cutting 303.

      Stainless steel coils are widely used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, petroleum, and nuclear energy industries, as well as in various parts for construction, kitchenware, tableware, vehicles, and household appliances.
